  Mr. Tomczak; As a prospective customer of SD&W, I am appreciative of your candid review of your experience with this vendor. As a retired home builder & remodeler, I am so sorry that you had to go through this kind of run around. I am not impressed by the dealer's reluctance to get more information and/or to admit that there was a color mismatch and to supply you with either another door or window so you would have a match. Can you tell me what brand of door and window you ordered? In my experience reputable manufacturers would likely have resolved this situation to your satisfaction.

  Over several years, I have had multiple dealings with SD and W for window and door purchases. I have not had any negative experiences, and have found the staff and owner to be helpful beyond what I would have considered to be normal. I'll be back as a customer.
